Something is missing from my order?

Sometimes our carrier do ship orders in parts, please wait for 1-2 days after receiving your first part of the shipment. If you still haven't received the missing parts, you may have to contact us using our "Contact Us" Page.

May I change my shipping address?

Once we have shipped your order, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, in case of failed delivery courier will :

1. Deliver the package back to us. 

2. We will then contact you to re-arrange the delivery.

What if I am not home for delivery?

If you are not home and you miss the delivery, You can contact the courier with your tracking number to re-arrange the delivery.

I haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order?

If you have placed an order, and you haven't received a confirmation email please check the following:

1. Check for spelling mistakes in your email. It also could have gone through your promotional inbox or spam folder.

2. Please make sure your payment was successful.  

3. You may reach out to us directly via email at help@freshleafteas.in. Please include full name and delivery address used to place the order.

My order status is fulfilled, does that mean it's been delivered?

If your order status is fulfilled, it means that our team has picked, packed and shipped the order and it should be on its way to you.

I want to change/cancel my order.

We usually process and ship orders within 24-48 hours . If your order has been shipped we are unable to make any item, address or payment change.

I have received a wrong item.

If you have received a wrong item please contact us with the following details:

1. Your order number.

2. The name of the item you did not receive.

3. The name of the item that you received in it's place.

4. A photograph of item you have received.

Once we have received these details we will be happy to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

I have received a faulty/damaged item.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us here.

We need the following details from you:

1. Your order number.

2. Which item is damaged.

3. A description.

4. A photograph of item you have received.

If the parcel was damaged please keep it and send us photo of that as well.

Payments, Promotions and Gift Cards...

How will my payment be refunded?

Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method used for placing an order.
